Terms of Service

Last updated May 29, 2026

1. The agreement

These Terms apply when you use closeradar.comor any product CloseRadar provides (the “Service”). By submitting an audit request or purchasing the Pro Audit you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What we provide

We provide an AI Operations Audit for accounting and bookkeeping firms. The free audit is delivered by email at no cost. The Pro Audit is a paid, deeper second pass with build guides, importable n8n workflows, and prompts. The Pro Audit is currently $200 USD, charged once at purchase. Pricing may change for future audits but not for one already purchased.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when you fill out our forms.
  • Do not submit content that infringes anyone’s rights, that is unlawful, or that is designed to manipulate our AI systems (prompt-injection attempts).
  • Treat the audit content as guidance, not legal, tax, or compliance advice. You and your firm are responsible for any decisions you make based on it.

4. Ownership of the deliverable

The audit we produce for you is yours to use inside your firm — read it, share it with your team, implement any of the recommendations, modify them. We retain the underlying methods, prompts, and templates we used to generate it.

5. Refund policy (Pro Audit)

If you are not satisfied with the Pro Audit for any reason, reply to the delivery email within 7 days and we will refund you in full. We do not ask for justification.

6. AI-generated content

Parts of the audit are generated by large language models. We review every Pro Audit before sending it, but AI output can be wrong or out of date. Verify any specific claim (a tool’s pricing, a service’s feature availability) before you act on it.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability, but the Service is provided “as is.” We may pause or change parts of the Service at any time. If we pause something you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CloseRadar’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change we will email anyone with an active account at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
